- What's included at every tier?
- Event creation, free tickets, a registration form, confirmation emails, an attendee list, check-in (including QR self check-in), waitlists, online and hybrid events, booking notifications, and your event team. Pay as you go and the subscription add paid tickets, the programme builder with rooms and groups, faculty invitations, files, custom registration questions, attendee feedback, certificates of attendance, speaker feedback reports, cancellation policies, invitation-only tickets, email broadcasts to your attendees, join reminders for online events, room screen links, testimonials and event templates.
- When am I paid?
- After your event ends, we pay your ticket revenue, less fees, to your organisation's bank account by transfer.
- What does the attendee pay?
- Attendees pay exactly the ticket price you set. Our fees, including the card processing charge, are deducted from your ticket revenue.
- Are there fees on free events?
- Free plan: none. Pay as you go: none on public events; 50p per confirmed free registration to a private event (not refunded if the attendee cancels), deducted from your next payout or invoiced. Subscription: none.
- Do I need a card to upgrade?
- Not for Pay as you go. An organisation director accepts the commercial terms online and the upgrade takes effect straight away. The organisation subscription is paid by card.
